1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by 877bet — whether Sports Betting, casino, Live Casino, slots, or crash games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use 877bet's services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 877bet's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.

• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 877bet collaborator.

877bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport, along with a current proof of address. Accounts with false or incomplete information will be suspended pending resolution or permanently closed.

3. User Account

3.1 One Account per Person

Only one account is allowed per CPF, residential address, device, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved, cancellation of bonuses, and, at 877bet's discretion, withholding of balances pending origin verification.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, unless you immediately report unauthorized access to 877bet support. The platform offers two-factor authentication — we recommend enabling it in your account security settings.

3.3 Updating your details

Keep your registration details up to date — especially your email, mobile number, and Pix key for withdrawals. 877bet is not responsible for delays or payment failures caused by outdated information provided by the user.

4. Deposits and Payments

877bet accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant deposit, available 24 hours a day. Minimum: R$ 20.00.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — settlement within one business day. Minimum: R$ 20.00.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 General rules

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account held in the name of the 877bet account holder — with the same CPF on file. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though requests above R$ 50,000.00 may be subject to additional compliance checks.

5.2 Processing Timeframe

Pix withdrawals are processed automatically within 5 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day — including weekends and holidays. TED withdrawals are processed within one business day. 877bet does not charge any withdrawal fees.

5.3 Verification Before Your First Withdrawal

The first withdrawal from each account requires full identity verification (KYC). You will need to submit a photo of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) along with a selfie holding the document. Once approved — usually within a few hours — future withdrawals are processed without additional verification, unless your registered details change.

5.4 Bonus Balance

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert a bonus into real balance available for withdrawal, you must meet the rollover requirement specified in the applicable promotion. Real balance and bonus balance are displayed separately on your account dashboard.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome bonus

877bet's welcome bonus grants 100% of the first deposit amount as bonus balance, up to R$ 500.00. For example: a R$ 300.00 deposit generates R$ 300.00 in bonus, giving you R$ 600.00 available to wager.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

All 877bet bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific conditions of each promotion:

• One welcome bonus per CPF, address, and device.
• 877bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to technical errors or fraud.
• Bonus bets identified as low-risk combinations used to artificially fulfill rollover requirements (e.g., betting both sides of an event) will not count toward the rollover and may result in the bonus being cancelled.

7. Sports Betting

7.1 Bet acceptance

877bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time, without providing a reason. Accepted bets are binding — they cannot be canceled after confirmation, except as provided in these terms.

7.2 Canceled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled before it starts, the bet is cancelled and the staked amount is fully refunded. If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the bet remains valid. After 48 hours, the bet is cancelled and the stake is refunded. In accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed from the slip and the remaining selections continue with recalculated odds.

7.3 Odds errors

877bet may correct odds published with an obvious error before or after a bet is accepted. If the correction occurs after acceptance, the platform will notify the user and offer the option to keep the bet at the corrected odds or cancel it with a full refund of the staked amount.

7.4 Results and Payouts

Official results published by the relevant governing bodies — CBF, CONMEBOL, COB, and others — are the basis for settling bets at 877bet. Provisional results or those under review are not considered final until officially published.

8. Casino Games

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the user

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 877bet support via live chat or email at suporte@877bet.cash. Available real balances will be processed for withdrawal following identity verification. Unfulfilled bonus balances will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure by 877bet

877bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, abusive behavior toward the support team, or by order of a competent authority. If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, real-money balances will be returned to the user.

11. Responsible Gambling
